產(chǎn)品特點：
我們的ZK系列液位控制灌裝機機械的設(shè)計和構(gòu)造是通過穩(wěn)定的真空吸力把物料灌裝到容器里，灌裝量是定液面的灌裝方式。當物料到達灌裝到灌裝嘴時，多余的物料就回收到回收罐里。灌裝的液位高度取決于在灌裝嘴插入容器內(nèi)的深度，因此不管容器是否*，液位始終是相同的。特別適合灌裝香水、花露水、香油、葡萄酒、白酒等液體。
ZK系列機械容易保養(yǎng)，不需要特殊的維修工具，有很高的灌裝精度，不會有漏裝現(xiàn)象。我們可以根據(jù)你的特殊要求定做灌裝嘴的數(shù)量和輸送帶的長度。

CH-ZK10T Automatic control liquid level filling machine 
Introduction ：
Our ZK series machines are studied and developed on the basis of our semi-automatic vacuum filling machines,which are widely accepted and praised by our clients.They are ideal machines to fill water-like products,rich-foaming products or other fluid products.
   The design and configuration of these machines,which controlled with PLC,are compact and reasonable.Vacuum filling systems draw product into the container by using constant vacuum suction.When the product reaches the vacuum port,the excess product is drawn back into the collecting bottles.The fill level of the container is determined by the depth the vacuum port within the neck of the container.Therefore the fill level will be the same regardless of the inconsistencies of the containers.The material of the collecting bottles is pharmaceutical grade,and the product in the bottles can be recycled.especially for perfume,toilet water,sesame oil,wine,liquor,etc.
    The ZK series is easy to maintain ,no special tools are required,no bottle no fill,and has high filling accuracy.
     The number of the filling nozzles and the length of the converors can be custom-made according to your special requirement.
