本設(shè)備適用于中藥、口服液、食品、保健品、化工等行業(yè)的酒精沉淀。酒精沉淀罐系醇沉(亦稱換溶或醇沉)舊工藝新開(kāi)發(fā)的設(shè)備。主要用于中藥水煎液經(jīng)濃縮后的溶液進(jìn)行冷凍或常溫酒精沉淀的操作，也可用于中藥醇提后，對(duì)濃縮液進(jìn)行水沉的操作。

本設(shè)備是由附夾套的隨圓封頭，錐形底的圓筒體，內(nèi)裝三葉式攪拌以及特殊的微調(diào)旋出液管等組裝而成，中藥水煎濃縮采用加入酒精配成一定醇度的液體，然后常溫，低溫冷凍沉降進(jìn)行液固分離，以提高中藥提取液的澄明度。本設(shè)備全部選用不銹鋼SUS304制造，配有高壓水自動(dòng)噴淋清洗系統(tǒng)，夾套中可通低溫冷卻水，傳動(dòng)部位采用機(jī)械密封、防爆電機(jī)確保生產(chǎn)過(guò)程，符合GMP醫(yī)藥標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，設(shè)備表面鏡面或亞光處理。

    The device is suitable for alcohol depositionin such industrials as China tradi-tional drug,oral liquid,foodstuff,health product,chemistry.The alcohol depositon tank is a special device for alcohol deposirion,also titled sol-vent change or alcoholbar ,It is mainly used to freeze the solution from concentration of water-decocted China traditional drug or make alcohol deposition under normal temperature,also to execute the water deposition of the concentrated liquid after the alcohol depostiton of China raditional drug.

    The device includes the ellipse seal head with clip sleeve,taped-shaped base of cylinder,inner-in-stalled three-paddle miller and special finely-regu-lated revolve-out liquid pipe,etc.The mode for water-decocting and concentration of Chinatraditional drug as follow:First fill the alcohol to form mixture,secondly under low temperature freeze to make deposition to separate the solid from the liquid to improve the purity and clearness of the extraction liquid of China tradi-tional drug.The device is made with stainless steel of SUS304.The high pressure auto-matic spray＆cleaning system is available.It is available to fill the low temperature of cooling water through the clip sleeve.The mechanical seal in the transimission part and the explosion-proof motor can ensure the security of the production process,meeting with the GMP standard.The surface is treated with polish or surface polishing.
