我廠成功解決了以上難題。我廠異形瓶灌裝機(jī)自動(dòng)進(jìn)瓶，經(jīng)定位器二次智能定位，確保灌裝噴管準(zhǔn)確插入瓶內(nèi)，噴管在灌裝液體時(shí)慢慢上升，*消除泡沫。本機(jī)由于采用了扶助式定位裝置，對于不能直立的各種異形瓶尤為適用。本機(jī)灌裝精度達(dá)±0.5%，瓶口無粘液污染，*符合GMP要求。
異形瓶灌裝機(jī)適用瓶：圓形、方形、扁形、異形玻璃瓶和塑料瓶，特別適用于小口（1.5mm以上）、風(fēng)油精瓶、紅花油瓶、香精瓶、細(xì)長瓶和各種不能直立的瓶型。
