 電磁閥是用來(lái)控制流體的自動(dòng)化基礎(chǔ)元件，屬于執(zhí)行器；并不限于液壓，氣動(dòng)。電磁閥用于控制液壓流動(dòng)方向，工廠的機(jī)械裝置一般都由液壓鋼控制，所以就會(huì)用到電磁閥。電磁閥里有密閉的腔，在的不同位置開(kāi)有通孔，每個(gè)孔都通向不同的油管，腔中間是閥，兩面是兩塊電磁鐵，哪面的磁鐵線圈通電閥體就會(huì)被吸引到哪邊，通過(guò)控制閥體的移動(dòng)來(lái)檔住或漏出不同的排油的孔，而進(jìn)油孔是常開(kāi)的，液壓油就會(huì)進(jìn)入不同的排油管，然后通過(guò)油的壓力來(lái)推動(dòng)油剛的活塞，活塞又帶動(dòng)活塞桿，活塞竿帶動(dòng)機(jī)械裝置動(dòng)。這樣通過(guò)控制電磁鐵的電流就控制了機(jī)械運(yùn)動(dòng)。

性管路中的流體必須和選用的電磁閥系列型號(hào)中標(biāo)定的介質(zhì)*。流體的溫度必須小于選用電磁閥的標(biāo)定溫度。電磁閥允許液體粘度一般在20CST以下，大于20CST應(yīng)注明。工作壓差，管路zui高壓差在小于0.04MPa時(shí)應(yīng)選用如直動(dòng)式和分步直動(dòng)式；zui低工作壓差大于0.04MPa時(shí)可選用先導(dǎo)式壓差式電磁閥；zui高工作壓差應(yīng)小于電磁閥的zui大標(biāo)定壓力；一般電磁閥都是單向工作，因此要注意是否有反壓差，如有安裝止回閥。流體清潔度不高時(shí)應(yīng)在電磁閥前安裝過(guò)濾器，一般電磁閥對(duì)介質(zhì)要求清潔度要好。注意流量孔徑和接管口徑；電磁閥一般只有開(kāi)關(guān)兩位控制；條件允許請(qǐng)安裝旁路管，便于維修；有水錘現(xiàn)象時(shí)要定制電磁閥的開(kāi)閉時(shí)間調(diào)節(jié)。注意環(huán)境溫度對(duì)電磁閥的影響電源電流和消耗功率應(yīng)根據(jù)輸出容量選取，電源電壓一般允許±10%左右，必須注意交流起動(dòng)時(shí)VA值較高。
