一、安瓿瓶熔封機概述

二、安瓿瓶熔封機使用方法

1、連接好燃氣管道。（設備后面混合三通右下方針型調(diào)節(jié)閥接口）

2、插好電源線。（設備后面右上角插口）

3、開啟電源開關（設備正面右上角）

4、慢慢地開啟燃氣針型閥，直到點著燈頭。

5、慢慢地開啟助燃氣針型閥（設備后面左下角）直到兩個燈頭發(fā)出細長藍色火焰即可工作（火焰越細長越好）

6、按安瓿瓶放置托盤上，先不要馬上放進火焰里，首先要看火焰是否處于托盤中心點，以及是否處在你所需要熔封高度（只需松開支架上的一個旋扭就可以任意選擇，而后旋緊）

7、把灌好藥液的安瓿瓶再放到托盤和火焰的中心。左手徐徐地均勻地轉(zhuǎn)動瓶子，等燒到鍛紅色的時候，右手用鑷子把上截拉掉即可。

8、工作結(jié)束后必須先關掉助燃氣的閥門，而后關燃氣閥門。

三、安瓿瓶熔封機注意事項
