煎藥機(jī)的操作方法：

煎藥機(jī)都與包裝機(jī)組裝在一起，形成煎藥包裝組合機(jī)。包裝機(jī)的使用方法請閱讀本公司包裝機(jī)說明書，煎藥機(jī)的操作方法如下：

（1）檢查清洗內(nèi)部污物、異物等，排盡清洗水。關(guān)閉所有閥門。

（2）將藥袋放入多孔桶內(nèi)，按上面第五章計(jì)算加水量，向鍋內(nèi)加水要大于這個(gè)計(jì)算量；

（3）蓋上鍋蓋，接通電源，打開控制盒上的電源開關(guān)，按動(dòng)模式轉(zhuǎn)換鈕，進(jìn)入時(shí)間設(shè)定狀態(tài)，設(shè)定煎藥時(shí)間，這個(gè)數(shù)值是開鍋后的煎煮時(shí)間，其大小選擇與飲片性質(zhì)有關(guān)，一般飲片中有根、莖、殼、骨等硬物則時(shí)間長。然后再按模式轉(zhuǎn)換鈕，使顯示屏為溫度顯示。

（4）按動(dòng)運(yùn)行鈕，武火指示燈亮，顯示屏上溫度數(shù)值不斷升高，屬于正常；煎藥桶內(nèi)藥液出現(xiàn)沸騰時(shí)，顯示屏顯示100℃，如有誤差，可調(diào)控制盤上的溫度校正旋鈕，使其顯示100，武火指示燈滅，文火指示燈亮，設(shè)定的時(shí)間開始記時(shí)，期間文火、武火指示燈會(huì)交替亮滅，屬于正常。（注意：計(jì)時(shí)時(shí)間從100℃開始，如果沸騰時(shí)溫度顯示沒有校正到100℃或以上，則仍不記時(shí)。）

（5）到設(shè)定時(shí)間后，自動(dòng)切斷加熱盤電源，運(yùn)行指示燈滅，煎藥結(jié)束。

（6）打開鍋蓋，提起多孔桶，用的U型插件將多孔桶懸空架在桶上，控出藥液，并用附帶的壓盤捶壓藥袋，擠出藥渣中的殘存藥汁，然后，設(shè)定包裝包數(shù)和包裝量，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)出液閥門手柄使其*打開，接著啟動(dòng)包裝機(jī)的運(yùn)行開關(guān)，開始包裝，一般*包有管道內(nèi)的水，這一包可以不要。

（7）藥液包裝完畢后，立即放入一定清水9如果重復(fù)處方繼續(xù)煎藥，水按計(jì)算量放入，重復(fù)以上步驟）。

（8）清洗：若不再煎藥，則用水清洗，將結(jié)垢物等清除掉。然后按打開清洗閥將水排出，整理干凈以備后用。
