本型干燥箱的外殼由薄鋼板成，外表面復(fù)漆，外殼與內(nèi)膽之間用硅酸鋁纖維充填，形成可靠的保溫層。加熱器兩組分別裝在工作室底部，一組加熱器單*個(gè)開關(guān)管理電源通斷，101A型裝有鼓風(fēng)，202B型無鼓風(fēng)。 使用和注意：
1、本型烘箱應(yīng)在室內(nèi)工作，并安裝平穩(wěn)。
2、電源輸入應(yīng)裝置的前級(jí)通斷開關(guān)，并接妥良好地線。
3、必須檢查電源、電壓、電源接線無誤后，方可通電使用。
4、在新購使用或擱置較久再用時(shí)，應(yīng)先用低溫烘烤80-100℃二小時(shí)后再開始升高溫度，以利潮氣外泄，增強(qiáng)絕緣性能和延長瓷件壽命。
5、儀表控溫的熱敏元件探頭應(yīng)從左側(cè)線路的測溫孔中插入工作室內(nèi),不得從箱頂氣閥中心孔插入，以免影響使用。
6、本干燥箱初次使用時(shí)，應(yīng)請(qǐng)勤加以觀察，避免過熱烘壞工件，造成損失。
7、使用如感到熱慣稍大時(shí)，可關(guān)閉一組加熱器以降低發(fā)熱功率，防止慣性過大造成超溫。
8、取入烘烤物件：請(qǐng)勿撞擊伸入工作室的控溫器部份，防止損壞控溫器導(dǎo)致失靈。
9、本箱切忌烘烤易爆，易燃及揮發(fā)性的物品，以防爆炸。
10、如遇故障，請(qǐng)專業(yè)電工檢修。
