【主要特點(diǎn)】
本機(jī)為間歇操作、程序控制的過(guò)濾式離心機(jī)，通過(guò)的PLC可編程控制器控制，采用變頻調(diào)速器和剎車制動(dòng)單位以及液壓或氣壓件組合，單機(jī)或主控中心計(jì)算機(jī)聯(lián)網(wǎng)。
由液壓、電氣控制系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)完成進(jìn)料、分離、洗滌、脫水、卸料等工序，可實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)距離操作，可廣泛應(yīng)用于含粒度0.05-0.15毫米固相顆粒的懸浮液分離。
無(wú)離合器，無(wú)剎車瓦，特別適宜熱敏感性強(qiáng)，不允許晶粒破碎，操作人員不宜接近的物料分離。適用于易燃易爆、有毒、易腐蝕的工業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。

【工作原理】
平板式下卸料大翻蓋離心機(jī)以轉(zhuǎn)鼓為主件，將刮刀驅(qū)動(dòng)，機(jī)械傳鈁，機(jī)殼等功能部件模塊化設(shè)計(jì)，使之可以實(shí)現(xiàn)多功能任意組合。刮刀驅(qū)動(dòng)有液壓、氣動(dòng)、手動(dòng)等方式。變頻啟動(dòng)，電動(dòng)剎車停機(jī)。
電機(jī)通過(guò)皮帶傳動(dòng)帶動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)鼓繞主軸軸心旋轉(zhuǎn)，形成離心力場(chǎng)。被分離的懸浮液從頂部加料管進(jìn)入轉(zhuǎn)鼓，落在布料盤上，在離心力的作用下，拋向轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁，液相經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上的濾網(wǎng)、濾孔拋向機(jī)殼空間，匯集在底盤內(nèi)，經(jīng)排液管排出，而固相存留在濾布的內(nèi)側(cè)。
若需洗滌，則洗滌水通過(guò)洗滌管加入洗滌。脫水完畢后，轉(zhuǎn)鼓低速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，刮刀將固相物刮下來(lái)，經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)鼓底部出料口卸出。
 
 
除用途廣泛的潔凈型以外，可根據(jù)企業(yè)需求定制碳鋼型，襯塑型，襯PE型，鈦材型平板式離心機(jī)。

【Standard manufacturing form】
Structure: The housing is equipped with flip cover, feed pipe, washing pipe, observation mirror, exhaust port and lighting hole.  Closed structure, drum, shell, flip cover and other parts are made of stainless steel.  The machine base and the like are cast pieces.
All fasteners are stainless steel.
