1. 概述( Description )：

每批次處理能力1~20立方米
每批次處理物料0.5~15噸
所用混合時(shí)間在15~30分鐘

2. 原理(Principle)：

螺旋的公、自轉(zhuǎn)使物料在錐體內(nèi)產(chǎn)生復(fù)合運(yùn)動(dòng)，主要產(chǎn)生四種運(yùn)動(dòng)形式：
The principle of this machine is the compound movements of the materials in the cone caused by the rotation and revolution of the screw.There are four type of movements:

2.1. 螺旋沿壁公轉(zhuǎn)，使物料沿錐壁作圓周運(yùn)動(dòng)；
The revolution of the screw along the inner wall causes the materials produce circumferential movement along the wall.

2.2. 螺旋自轉(zhuǎn)使物料自錐底沿螺旋上升；
The rotation of the screw causes the materials go up from the bottom of the screw spirally.

2.3. 螺旋的公、自轉(zhuǎn)復(fù)合運(yùn)動(dòng)使一部分物料被吸收到螺旋圓柱面內(nèi)同時(shí)受螺旋自轉(zhuǎn)的離心力作用使螺旋圓柱面內(nèi)的一部分物料向錐外體徑向排放；
The rotation and revolution of the screw causes part of the materials absorbed to the cylindroid of the screw.Meanwhile under the action of the centrifugal force, part of the materials in the screw cylindroid are discharged radially.

2.4. 上升的物料受自身重力作用下降。四種運(yùn)動(dòng)在混合機(jī)內(nèi)產(chǎn)生對(duì)流、剪切 、擴(kuò)散、從而達(dá)到快速均勻混合的目的。
The materials gong up drops under the action of the gravity.These four types of movements causes the materials convection,shearing and diffusion inside the cone.Thus quick and uniform mixing can be achieved.
