| 進(jìn)口不銹鋼氣動隔膜泵（Imports of stainless steel pneumatic diaphragm pump） 產(chǎn)品概述(product description) 氣動隔膜泵是我公司開發(fā)的第三代氣動隔膜泵，具有質(zhì)量可靠使用壽命長、噪音底、震動小、死機(jī)、做工精細(xì)等六大優(yōu)點，即能抽送流動的液體，又能輸送一些不易流動的介質(zhì)，具有自吸泵、潛水泵、屏蔽泵、泥漿泵和雜質(zhì)泵等輸送機(jī)械的許多優(yōu)點。 Pneumatic diaphragm pump is my company developed the third generation of pneumatic diaphragm pump, with reliable quality and long service life, noise at the end, vibration, never crash, fine workmanship and other six advantages that can flow pumping liquid, but delivery of some easy flow of the media, a number of advantages transportation machinery pump, submersible pump, shield pump, mud pump and other impurities. 產(chǎn)品優(yōu)點(Features) 1、不需灌引水，吸程高達(dá)5米，揚程達(dá)70米，出口壓力≧7bar； 2、流動寬敞，通過性能好，允許通過顆粒直徑達(dá)10毫米。抽送泥漿、雜質(zhì)時，對泵磨損甚微； 3、揚程、流量可通過氣閥開度實現(xiàn)無級調(diào)節(jié)(氣壓調(diào)節(jié)在1-7bar之間)； 4、該泵無旋轉(zhuǎn)部件，沒有軸封，隔膜等抽送的介質(zhì)與泵的運動部件、工件介質(zhì)隔開，所輸送的介質(zhì)不會向外泄漏。所以抽送有毒、易揮發(fā)或腐蝕性介質(zhì)時，不會造成環(huán)境污染和危害人身安全； 5、不電，在易燃、易爆場所使用安全可靠； 6、可以浸沒在介質(zhì)中工作； 7、使用方便、工作可靠、開停只需簡單地打開和關(guān)閉氣體閥門，即使由于意外情況而長時間無介質(zhì)運行或突然停機(jī)泵也不會因此而損壞，一旦超負(fù)荷，泵會自動地停機(jī)，具有自我保護(hù)性能，當(dāng)負(fù)荷恢復(fù)正常后，又能自動啟動運行； 8、結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、易損件少，該泵結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，安裝、維修方便，泵輸送的介質(zhì)不會接觸到配氣閥，聯(lián)桿等運動部件，不像其他類型的泵因轉(zhuǎn)子、活塞、齒輪、葉片等部件的磨損而使性能逐步下降； 9、可輸送較粘的液體(粘度在1萬厘泊以下)； 10、本泵無須用油潤滑，即使空轉(zhuǎn)，對泵也無任何影響，這是該泵一大特點； 11、塑料法蘭壓力：PN0.6MPa(10bar),金屬法蘭壓力：PN1.0MPa(10bar) 。 1, no irrigation water, suction up to 5 m, lift up to 70 m, the outlet pressure ≧ 7bar; 2, flow spacious, good performance, allowing the maximum particle diameter of 10 mm.
