◎主要特點

多功能裝盒機是我公司研制的產(chǎn)品，具有體積小,重量輕,應用范圍廣,生產(chǎn)效率高,可一機多用等優(yōu)點。

本機能夠?qū)⒏鞣N規(guī)格的物品進行包裝,同時適用于食品包裝,化裝品包裝及相關(guān)行業(yè)的包裝.使用范圍廣泛,同時根據(jù)用戶的不同使用要求,適用于大批量單一品種的生產(chǎn),同時又可以滿足用戶小批量多品種的生產(chǎn),裝盒機出口可與各種類型的中盒薄膜包裝設(shè)備相匹配。

1.裝盒機運行為間歇式設(shè)計，PLC控制，結(jié)構(gòu)簡潔，易維護。本機采用一系列復雜的傳動,模仿人的動作來自動完成下盒,開盒,及封盒等繁雜工序.

2.整機裝盒速度高。但包裝材料的運行速度低，從而使包裝材料對運行速度的敏感性減少，包裝材料適應性增強，機器的機械磨損小，其特點：高產(chǎn)量，低機械運行速度。

3.本機使用的真空是用ZL112真空發(fā)生器(SMC),自動真空取盒，大角度開盒。保證盒子的打開精度.

4、入盒系統(tǒng)為間歇式運作，裝有推裝過載保護功能，保護物品安全入盒。（保護人機安全）

5本機調(diào)整、維護更加方便。可選配多種關(guān)盒方式及其它裝置。更換不同尺寸的紙盒，無需更換模具，僅按盒子大小進行調(diào)節(jié)定位。

6.本機機架與機板有足夠的強度和剛度,機架內(nèi)裝有本機的主驅(qū)動電機和離合制動器,機板上裝有各傳動系統(tǒng),扭矩過載保護器可以在超負荷的情況下實現(xiàn)主驅(qū)動電機和各傳動部分脫開,以保護機器零件不受損壞.

7.安全性：

無產(chǎn)品：不下盒，整機自動停機及發(fā)出聲音報警。

有產(chǎn)品: 無紙盒，（或紙盒不成型）整機自動停機及發(fā)出聲音報警。

1.整機可按現(xiàn)行GMP標準車間的空間場地設(shè)計、制造。

2.整機各功能區(qū)分隔設(shè)計，采用進口光電眼跟蹤、檢測自動控制機械運行。

3、當產(chǎn)品自動裝入塑托后，可實現(xiàn)全自動入盒封盒。 

4.全機械各工位動作有的電子自動同步性，使機械的運行更協(xié)調(diào)，更平衡，噪音低。

5.本裝盒機,操作簡單.PLC可編程控制,觸摸式人機界面.

6、本機的PLC自動化控制系統(tǒng)輸出接口，可以實現(xiàn)后段包裝設(shè)備的實時監(jiān)控。
