該系列容器適用于制藥行業(yè)的濃/稀配之用，罐體設(shè)有夾層，可加熱、冷卻、內(nèi)表面采用電解鏡面拋光，封頭(錐形)均經(jīng)旋壓加工、符合GMP標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，攪拌裝置采用衛(wèi)生級(jí)機(jī)械密封，容器保，溫采用聚氨酯或珍珠棉，接口采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)快裝卡箍式，方便衛(wèi)生，渡邊經(jīng)旋壓加工，外表面采用拋光、噴砂、磨砂或冷軋?jiān)珕」獾榷喾N形式，使容器在任何場(chǎng)地都能顯示它的品質(zhì)。設(shè)備配備空氣呼吸孔，CIP清洗噴光、視鏡法蘭快開(kāi)式人孔等裝置。

This series of containers are suitable for thick/thin mixing in the pharmaceutical industry. The tank body is provided with an interlayer,which can be heated, cooled, and the inner surface is polished by electrolytic mirror surface,The head (cone) is spun to conform toGMP standard. The stiring device adopts sanitary mechanical seal, and the container is kept warm by polyurethane or pearl cotton.The interface adopts international standard quick-itting clamp type, which is convenient and sanitary. The watanabe is spun, and theouter surface adopts polishing, sandblasting, frosting or cold-roling primary color matte and other forms, so that the container candisplay its excellent quality in any site.The equipment is equipped with air breathing holes, CP cleaning and light spraying, mirrorflange quick opening manhole and other devices.

根據(jù)貯存能力不同由1000-15000L，貯罐能力在20000以上的貯罐，建議使用室外貯罐，貯罐使用SUS304不銹鋼制成，根據(jù)罐類(lèi)設(shè)計(jì)要求可附帶裝置如下:攪拌器/進(jìn)、出料口/人孔/溫度計(jì)/液位指示器l高、低液位報(bào)警孔/防蠅、防塵呼吸氣孔/計(jì)量器
