原理 Principles

具有分散作用的風機，特別適合熱敏性物料的氣流干燥作業(yè)。高速飛旋的風機葉輪，能把濕的、甚至結塊的物料解碎，直至分散，在分散過程中同時攪拌、混合，然后物料和熱氣流平行地流動。這種類型的設備，適應干燥濾餅結塊的，但還屬于表面水份的物料，含濕量≤40%，如果處理量大或者成品要求干至15%以下時，可采用二級氣流干燥。當物料含濕量超過40%，但<60%時，進料較困難，應采用混料器，通過混進干料的方法以降低進料水份，此時，干燥設備的總產量就有較大幅度的下降，這在經濟上是不合算的。因此，用戶應先用機械的方法(離心脫水或壓濾)盡可能的降低進料水份，以確保干燥作業(yè)上的順利進行。
