本機(jī)為四頭西林瓶液體灌裝、加塞（軋蓋）一體機(jī)，具有自動(dòng)灌裝、自動(dòng)供塞、壓塞、（軋蓋）自動(dòng)出瓶等功能。液體灌裝采用氣動(dòng)力感應(yīng)式不銹鋼供液泵灌裝，感應(yīng)開關(guān)控制裝量，計(jì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，比傳統(tǒng)的靠螺桿調(diào)節(jié)裝量的普通柱塞泵及自流式灌裝性能更優(yōu),同時(shí)還采用潛入式灌裝結(jié)構(gòu)，防起沫且無滴漏，由于止灌采用新型氣動(dòng)力強(qiáng)制止灌，所以比傳統(tǒng)的玻璃單向閥裝量精度要高，而并可適用粘性液體的灌裝；采用等分盤定位上塞、壓塞（軋蓋）結(jié)構(gòu)，所以工作可靠并具有無瓶不塞（無瓶不蓋）等保護(hù)功能以確保生產(chǎn)正常運(yùn)行；全機(jī)采用全進(jìn)口變頻及PLC觸摸屏智能化控制系統(tǒng)，操作十分方便；本機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)獨(dú)特、動(dòng)作可靠協(xié)調(diào)、同步性好，自動(dòng)化程度高，運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定，符合GMP要求。既可單機(jī)生產(chǎn)，又可聯(lián)入生產(chǎn)線中。
