TL型立式不干膠貼標機屬機電一體化產(chǎn)品，結構簡潔合理。本機能自動的將不干膠貼紙平整的滾貼在瓶身上，如遇缺瓶，該機的控制系統(tǒng)能保證不送出標紙，有效的防止了標紙的浪費，并可根據(jù)瓶子的規(guī)格和特點對生產(chǎn)能力作無極調(diào)整。它屬于新一代系列性設備，是根據(jù)自動貼標機的工藝及技術要求進行專門設計與制造的。能使瓶子表面上所貼不干膠紙平整美觀。貼標過程穩(wěn)定可靠，貼標位置符合理想要求，并帶有自動打碼功能。

TW型臥式不干膠貼標機適用于制藥、食品、化工、輕工等工業(yè)，直徑小而無法站立的玻璃瓶、塑料瓶。例如：口服液、安瓿瓶、及長筒形瓶的貼標。能自動完成分瓶、送標帶、在標簽上一次完成熱印字跡清晰的日期及批號、同步分離標簽、貼標的系列程序。本機采用機電一體化的技術，選用大力矩步進電機驅(qū)動，并配有日本歐姆龍公司的光電控制裝置，電源保護裝置等系統(tǒng)，因此具有啟動緩沖功能，整機靈敏度高，低速扭矩大，速度穩(wěn)定，工作電壓穩(wěn)定，抗干擾能力強等技術特征，保證了貼標準確、穩(wěn)定、可靠、高效、無瓶不貼標。是上述行業(yè)生產(chǎn)線（或單機）的貼標設備。
