ZGH型立式高速混合機是我公司集技術(shù)，研制的高效混合機，其主要特點如下：

★利用安裝于機體底部的立式高速轉(zhuǎn)動槳葉形成的離心力并作用于物料，使之形成外圍向上翻滾．中心向下凹陷的旋渦狀，使物料內(nèi)、外圈，上、下層充分攪拌混合，

★利用安裝于機器側(cè)壁的高速碎料槳葉，將外圈翻滾起來的物料打碎，同時起到擾動的作用，加大物料間的相對運動，提高混合效果，

★由于上述兩種槳葉的共同作用，能使物料在較短時間內(nèi)達到混合充分、均勻的目的，其效率是國內(nèi)其它各種混合機都的.

★混合倉，放料迅速，易清洗，

★該機物料接觸部位均采用不銹鋼制作，混合過程中不會產(chǎn)生物料揮發(fā)、變質(zhì)或流失等現(xiàn)象，保障了工藝配比要求，

★該機適用于不同比例的干、濕物料的混合，特別適用于雞精、藥品沖劑、飲料沖劑等多種復(fù)雜物料的混合攪拌。
