顎式破碎機的工作部分是兩塊顎板，一是固定顎板（定顎），垂直（或上端略外傾）固定在機體前壁上，另一是活動顎板（動顎），位置傾斜，與固定顎板形成上大下小的破碎腔（工作腔）?；顒宇€板對著固定顎板做周期性的往復(fù)運動，時而分開，時而靠近。分開時，物料進入破碎腔，成品從下部卸出；靠近時，使裝在兩塊顎板之間的物料受到擠壓，彎折和劈裂作用而破碎。

單擺顎式破原理

動顎懸掛在心軸上，可作左右擺動。偏心軸旋轉(zhuǎn)時，連桿做上下往復(fù)運動，帶動兩塊推力板也做往復(fù)運動，從而

推動動顎做左右往復(fù)運動，實現(xiàn)破碎和卸料。此種破碎機采用曲柄雙連桿機構(gòu)，雖然動顎上受有很大的破碎反力，而其偏心軸和連桿卻受力不大，所以工業(yè)上多制成大型機和中型機，用來破碎堅硬的物料。此外，這種破碎機工作時，動顎上每點的運動軌跡都是以心軸為中心的圓弧，圓弧半徑等于該點至軸心的距離，上端圓弧小，下端圓弧大，破碎效率較低，其破碎比一般為3-6.由于運動軌跡簡單，故稱簡單擺動顎式破碎機。

簡擺顎式破碎機結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊簡單，偏心軸等傳動件受力較??；由于動顎垂直位移較小，加工時物料較少有過度破碎的現(xiàn)象，動顎顎板的磨損較小。

復(fù)擺顎式破原理

動顎上端直接懸掛在偏心軸上，作為曲柄連桿機構(gòu)的連桿，由偏心軸的偏心直接驅(qū)動，動顎的下端鉸連著推力板支撐到機架的后壁上。當偏心軸旋轉(zhuǎn)時，動顎上各點的運動軌跡是由懸掛點的圓周線（半徑等于偏心距），逐漸向下變成橢圓形，越向下部，橢圓形越偏，直到下部與推力板連接點軌跡為圓弧線。由于這種機械中動顎上各點的運動軌跡比較復(fù)雜，故稱為復(fù)雜擺動式顎式破碎機。

復(fù)擺式顎式破碎機與簡擺式相比較，其優(yōu)點是：質(zhì)量較輕，構(gòu)件較少，結(jié)構(gòu) 緊湊，破碎腔內(nèi)充滿程度較好，所裝物料塊受到均勻破碎，加以動顎下端強制性推出成品卸料，故生產(chǎn)率較高，比同規(guī)格的簡擺顎式破碎機的生產(chǎn)率高出20-30%；物料塊在動顎下部有較大的上下翻滾運動，容易呈立方體的形狀卸出，減少了像簡擺式產(chǎn)品中那樣的片狀成分，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量較好。

In mining, building materials, and infrastructure departments, the jaw cruasher is mainly used as a coarse cruasher and medium cruasher. The workaing part of the jaw cruasher consists of two jaw a plates: one is the fixed jaw a plate (fixed jaw), which is vertically (or slightly inclined outward at the top) fixed on the front wall of the body; the other is the movable jaw a plate (movable jaw), which is inclined and forms a cruashing chamber (workaing chamber) that is larger at the top and smaller at the bottom with the fixed jaw a plate. The movable jaw a plate performs periodic reciprocating motion against the fixed jaw a plate, alternately separating and closing. When separating, material enters the cruashing chamber, and the finished product is discharged from the bottom; when closing, the material between the two jaw a plates is cruashed by compression, bending, and splitting.

According to the different swinging modes of the movable jaw a plate, jaw cruashers can be divided into three types: simple swing jaw cruasher, complex swing jaw cruasher, and combined swing jaw cruasher.

Workaing Principle

Principle of Simple Swing Jaw Cruasher

The movable jaw is suspended on the eccenltric shaft and can swing left and right. When the eccenltric shaft rotates, the connecting rod performs an up-and-down reciprocating motion, driving two thrust a plates to also perform reciprocating motion, thereby pushing the movable jaw to perform left-and-right reciprocating motion to achieve cruashing and discharging. This type of cruasher adopts a crank double connecting rod mechanism. Although the movable jaw is subjected to a large cruashing reaction force, the eccenltric shaft and connecting rod are subjected to less force. Therefore, it is mostly made into large and medium-sized machines in industry to cruash hard materials. In addition, when this cruasher works, the motion trajectory of each point on the movable jaw is an arc with the eccenltric shaft as the center, where the radius of the arc equals the distance from that point to the axis. The upper arc is small, and the lower arc is large, resulting in a lower cruashing efficiency, and the cruashing ratio is generally 3-6. Due to the simple motion trajectory, it is called a simple swing jaw cruasher.

The simple swing jaw cruasher has a compact and simple structure, and the transmission parts such as the eccenltric shaft are subjected to less force; since the vertical displacement of the movable jaw is small, there is less over-cruashing of the material during processing, and the wear of the movable jaw a plate is small.

Complex swing jaw cruasher.

Compared with the simple swing jaw cruasher, the complex swing jaw cruasher has the advantages of being lighter in weight, habving fewe components, and a more compact structure. The cruashing chamber is better filled, and the material blocks undergo uniform cruashing. Additionally, the forced discharge of finished products at the lower end oe moving jaw results in a higher production rate, which is 20-30% higher than that of a simple swing jaw cruasher of the same specifications. The material blocks experience significvertical tumbling motion at the lower part of the moving jaw, making it easier to discharge in a cubic shape, reducing the flaky components found in simple swing products, and resultitter product quality.
