應(yīng)用：

?通用型全導(dǎo)電軟管，特適用于化妝品，制藥和易燃易爆化工行業(yè)，特別針對于要求的安全操作性的工作區(qū)域。

?軟管設(shè)計不但能夠確保表層靜電的消散，而且電流能迅速通過管壁消散 （ R<10⁹Ω）。

技術(shù)參數(shù)：

內(nèi)管：PFA（全氟化聚合物，PFA），全氟化處理，鏡面光滑，黑色，抗靜電 (R<10⁶Ω)。

增強層：高強度多層合成纖維，內(nèi)置螺旋型金屬鋼線及銅導(dǎo)線以確保靜電的消散。

外管：大理石花紋表面處理（超高分子量聚乙烯），光滑，耐磨，耐大氣侵蝕，特別設(shè)計的布狀表面符合FDA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，無臭，無味且表面無污漬殘留，抗靜電(R<10⁶Ω)。

工作溫度：-40°C～+150°C

適用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及認(rèn)證：符合USP Class VI，F(xiàn)DA，UNI EN ISO 10993，符合EU 10/2011，EN12115:2011，EC1935/2004和2023/2006/EC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（GMP），參照遵守EC1907/2006標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

Construction：

Tube: PFA (Perfluoralkoxy Polymer, code PFA), fully fluorinated, mirror-smooth, black colour antistatic (R<10⁶Ω).

Reinforcement: High strength plies of synthetic cord, embedded steel wire helix wires and built-in copper wires.

Cover: Marble finish (UPE), black and white colour, patented, smooth; it resists to abrasion, ozone and weather. The special cloth finish with a low friction rate complies with FDA, it is odourless and tasteless and does not stain the contact surfaces.

Temperature range: -40°C ～+150°C
