Applications:
For steam cleaning at Temperatures up to + 165 °C (Red cover only) and hot water washing in food processing plants. Also for transfer of hot liquid foodstuffs. ID 9.5 to 25.4mm, suitable for reel mounted applications. When the medium is steam, in order to avoid bursting, special needling should be done on the outer layer of the hose. Construction:
Regular type
Tube: White EPDM, High temperature resistant, smooth.
Reinforcement: High strength synthetic fiber.
Cover: Blue EPDM, High temperature resistant, Anti-aging, special needling treatment, smooth for ID≤25.4 mm, fabric impression for ID≥32mm.
Ultra high temperature type
Tube: White EPDM, High temperature resistant, smooth.
Reinforcement: High temperature resistant and high strength synthetic fiber.
Cover: Red EPDM, High temperature resistant, Anti-aging, smooth, special needling treatment, ID≤25.4mm
Temperature range:
Water: - 40°C～+ 100°C, WP = 20 bar/10bar .
Saturated or superheated steam: +120°C for blue cover; +165°C for red cover, WP = 6 bar, ID≤25.4mm.
Standard/Approval: FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, GB 4806.11-2016.
使用范圍：
可輸送牛奶，果汁，飲料，葡萄酒，食用油，飲用水等食品，可用于呼吸設(shè)備、潛水設(shè)備及輸送高溫流體食品。同時(shí)可用于輸送熱水和高達(dá)+165°C的蒸汽（超高溫款，紅色外膠），適用于牛奶場、奶制品車間、罐頭廠、水產(chǎn)品市場等工作場合的沖洗，1”以下可在卷軸上纏繞。當(dāng)介質(zhì)為蒸汽時(shí)，為了避免爆裂，軟管外膠采用了特殊針刺工藝。

內(nèi)管：白色EPDM，耐高溫，光滑
增強(qiáng)層：高強(qiáng)度合成纖維
外管：藍(lán)色EPDM，耐高溫，抗老化，特殊針刺工藝處理，ID≤25.4mm表面光滑，ID≥32mm表面布紋。
超高溫款：
內(nèi)管：白色EPDM，耐高溫，光滑
增強(qiáng)層：耐高溫高強(qiáng)度合成纖維
外管：紅色EPDM，耐高溫，抗老化，表面光滑，特殊針刺工藝處理 ，ID≤25.4mm。
溫度范圍：
水：-40°C～+100°C，工作壓力20bar或10bar
飽和或過熱蒸汽：
常規(guī)款：藍(lán)色外膠到+120°C；
超高溫款：紅色外膠到+165°C /工作壓力為6bar ，ID≤25.4mm
