專為機械手和自動化應(yīng)用設(shè)備設(shè)計，這些方面需要柔軟性，耐用性和高抗拉強度。特別適合汽車裝配線，模具等苛刻場所。可輸送礦物油、潤滑油、冷凍液、防凍液、空氣、水、乳化液。
技術(shù)特點：
配合專用推進式接頭，免卡箍緊固。軟管不導(dǎo)電，在1000伏直流電壓下，每英寸長度的最小電阻高于1兆歐姆。軟管適合動態(tài)曲饒及耐磨場所。
軟管結(jié)構(gòu)：
內(nèi)管：RMA-A高等級抗油性、氣密性好的黑色NBR 丁晴合成橡膠。
增強層: 單層高強度合成纖維編織層，特殊的編織角度使得軟管具備高耐曲饒性，并對接頭有的抱緊度。
外管：耐磨、耐油、抗老化CSM為主的合成橡膠，光面，常用黑色、紅色、藍色，其他顏色可定制。
適用溫度：-30 to 120 ℃。（免卡箍緊固使用溫度 -30 to 88 ℃）
Applications:
The high-quality multi-purpose push-on hose is specially designed for manipulators and automation equipment, with flexibility, durability and high tensile strength. It is especially suitable for transporting gas, oils, air, water and emulsified liquid at rigorous occasions in the assembly line, mould, robot and T-grade welding. It is non-conducting and can withstａnd 6000V or above voltage.
Advantage:
The hose stands 5 million times of bending tests, is applicable to rolling-up of the spindle, in particular to occasions needing to be repeated bending or friction; It has excellent anti-UV property, can be used around the clock. By dedicated push-on connectors, it can be fastened without clamps.

Tube: black RMA-A super oil-resistant and gas-tight NBR synthetic rubber;
Reinforcement: High-strength synthetic fiber braided layer;
Cover: Oil-resistant, wear-resistant and super anti-ageing CSM synthetic rubber (The color can be customized).
Temperature range:-30 °C +120 °C（Free clip fastening temperature -30 to 80 ℃）
