尿素軟管 DEF

應(yīng)用范圍：用于柴油車輸送DEF尿素溶液。耐DEF尿素溶液腐蝕，幫助柴油車滿足排放規(guī)定，凈化環(huán)境。車用尿素溶液在歐洲稱AdBlue，在北美稱為DEF，是一種液體還原劑，安裝在柴油發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)排氣系統(tǒng)中，將排氣中的氮氧化物催化還原成氮?dú)夂退拇呋b置，簡(jiǎn)稱SCR系統(tǒng)。車用尿素溶液是柴油機(jī)專用還原劑，儲(chǔ)存在柴油機(jī)上特別的儲(chǔ)存容器內(nèi)，當(dāng)廢氣從發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)排出后，它會(huì)與廢氣一起到達(dá)卡車催化轉(zhuǎn)化器，然后將氮氧化物轉(zhuǎn)換為無害的氮和水。使車輛排放達(dá)到歐四以上標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

技術(shù)特點(diǎn)：經(jīng)SGS檢測(cè)報(bào)告，符合SAE-China J2902-2013標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。軟管內(nèi)膠層采用進(jìn)口高環(huán)保合成橡膠為主的專用配方設(shè)計(jì)，不含Ca、Cu、Zn、Cr、Ni、Al、Mg、Na、K離子成分，確保軟管加注輸送尿素溶液時(shí)高度環(huán)保、清潔，對(duì)尿素溶液無作用、無污染、對(duì)SCR系統(tǒng)無損害。軟管保護(hù)橡膠層耐磨、抗老化、比一般橡膠軟管耐用3~5倍以上。軟管德國(guó)產(chǎn)高強(qiáng)度聚酯纖維線增強(qiáng)，加注受壓時(shí)軟管無膨脹，確保加注計(jì)量精確。防靜電設(shè)計(jì): 橡膠層導(dǎo)電，電阻率R＜10^6 ohmm，符合美國(guó)ASTM防靜電設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

注   意： 一般橡膠軟管含有大量Ca離子等成分，會(huì)污染尿素溶液，對(duì)SCR系統(tǒng)的催化劑具有毒害，影響SCR還原的轉(zhuǎn)換效率！劣質(zhì)的尿素軟管不耐磨、不抗老化，容易磨損與老化！劣質(zhì)的尿素軟管無防靜電設(shè)計(jì)，加注時(shí)容易產(chǎn)生靜電危害！

結(jié)    構(gòu):
軟管內(nèi)膠層: 環(huán)保、耐DEF溶液黑色特殊配方的合成橡膠。
增強(qiáng)層: 德國(guó)產(chǎn)高強(qiáng)度合成纖維編織層。
軟管保護(hù)層: 黑色耐磨、防靜電、抗老化合成橡膠。
外    表:  光面，黑色。

適用溫度:  -40 to 90 ℃。

包    裝:
雙重保護(hù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)出口包裝:內(nèi)層透明PE膜纏繞,外層編織帶纏繞。
按客戶需要,另外可提供特定長(zhǎng)度裁剪，或紙箱包裝,托盤包裝。

環(huán)保標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：經(jīng)SGS結(jié)構(gòu)嚴(yán)格檢測(cè)，符合歐盟環(huán)保標(biāo)準(zhǔn) ROHS、PAHS、SAE-China J2902-2013標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Note: Conventional rubber tubes and hoses do not meet the standards of urea, urea solution will pollute, poison for the SCR system, effect vehicle emissions standards.
