【簡單概述】

膜聯(lián)蛋白V染料偶聯(lián)物廣泛用于通過測量PS的易位來監(jiān)測細(xì)胞細(xì)胞凋亡。

AF594 膜聯(lián)蛋白V偶聯(lián)物與Alexa Fluor 594-膜聯(lián)蛋白V是相同的分子。

該探針是用于監(jiān)測細(xì)胞凋亡的流行的熒光染料-膜聯(lián)蛋白V偶聯(lián)物之一。

The membrane laminin V dye conjugate is widely used to monitor cell apoptosis by measuring phosphatidylserine (PS) translocation.

AF594-membrane-associated protein V conjugate and Alexa Fluor 594-membrane-associated protein V are identical molecules.

This probe is one of the most popular fluorescent dyes for monitoring apoptosis-the membrane-associated protein V conjugate.

【膜聯(lián)蛋白 V 染色】

（1）用冷的 BioLegend 細(xì)胞染色緩沖液，然后將細(xì)胞重懸于膜聯(lián)蛋白 V 結(jié)合緩沖液，濃度為 1x106 個(gè)細(xì)胞/mL。

（2）將 100 μL 細(xì)胞懸液轉(zhuǎn)移到 5 mL 試管中。

（3）加入 5 μL 熒光染料偶聯(lián)膜聯(lián)蛋白 V。

（4）用活力染料染色，例如 PI、7-AAD或 Helix NP 染料。

（5）輕輕渦旋細(xì)胞并在室溫（25°C）下在黑暗中孵育 15 分鐘。

（6）加入 400 μL 膜聯(lián)蛋白 V 結(jié)合緩沖液到每根管子。對于更濃縮的樣品，在此步驟中至少添加 200 μl 膜聯(lián)蛋白 V 結(jié)合緩沖液。

通過流式細(xì)胞術(shù)進(jìn)行分析。
