分瓶螺桿：將欲套標(biāo)瓶做等距分開，進(jìn)入帶瓶組。

分瓶螺桿的常用材質(zhì)有三種：種，國產(chǎn)POM和進(jìn)口POM材質(zhì)，常用的為國產(chǎn)POM材質(zhì)，優(yōu)點是成本較低，特性是不易變形，自潤滑性能高，不會劃傷瓶子。進(jìn)口POM特性屬于國產(chǎn)POM加強(qiáng)版，但是成本較高，所以大多數(shù)人設(shè)計師在非必要情況下還是選擇國產(chǎn)POM材質(zhì)。

第二種，MC尼龍材質(zhì)，成本與POM相差不大，常應(yīng)用于沖擊力較大需要耐沖擊的環(huán)境，特性是耐沖擊、耐刮擦，自潤滑性能好，耐磨，有些朋友遇到分瓶螺桿經(jīng)常斷裂的情況下，可以嘗試使用下MC尼龍的材質(zhì)；

第三種，PE材質(zhì)，PE的成本方面跟前面兩種相差不大，分瓶螺桿行業(yè)里用的比較少，PE材質(zhì)的特性就是耐磨，很多朋友反映分瓶螺桿由于磨損較嚴(yán)重需要經(jīng)常更換，建議可以試用一下PE材質(zhì)的分瓶螺桿。

Many friends report that the bottle split screw needs to be replaced frequently due to severe wear. It is recommended to try the bottle split screw made of PE material.
