蛋白構(gòu)建:A DNA sequence encoding the Cynomolgus / Rhesus CD274 (XP_015292694.1) (Met1-Thr239) was expressed with a c-terminal AVI tagged Fc region of human IgG1 at the C-terminus (Fc-AVI). The expressed protein was biotinylated in vivo by the Biotin-Protein ligase (BirA enzyme) which is co-expressed.

1.Immobilized Recombinant Cynomolgus PD1 / PDCD1 / CD279 Protein (Fc Tag) (Cat: 90311-C02H) at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Cynomolgus / Rhesus PD-L1/B7-H1 Protein (Fc & AVI Tag), Biotinylated (Cat: 90251-C41H-B), the EC50 is 12-36 ng/mL(QC tested).

2.Biotinylated Recombinant Cynomolgus, Rhesus PD-L1/B7-H1 Protein, hFc & AVI Tag (Cat. No. 90251-C41H-B) captured on Protein A chip, can bind Recombinant Cynomolgus PD-1 Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. 90311-C08H)  with an affinity constant of 1.200 μM as determined in an SPR assay (Biacore 8K) (Routinely tested). 

3.Immobilized Atezolizumab derived Anti-PDL1 Antibody, Human IgG1 at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Cynomolgus, Rhesus PD-L1/B7-H1 Protein (hFc & AVI Tag), Biotinylated, HPLC-verified(Cat: 90251-C41H-B) the EC50 is 1.75-5.25 ng/mL (Routinely tested). 

4.Immobilized Recombinant Cynomolgus, Rhesus PD-L1/B7-H1 Protein (hFc & AVI Tag), Biotinylated, HPLC-verified (Cat: 90251-C41H-B) at 5 μg/mL (100 μl/well) on streptavidin precoated (5 μg/mL, 100 μL/well) can bind Recombinant Cynomolgus PD-1 Protein (His Tag), HPLC-verified (Cat: 90311-C08H) , the EC50 is 187.75-563.55 ng/mL (Routinely tested).
