Product introduction
柏康匠心開發(fā)出新型的管套管式熱交換器，特別適用于氣體及液體的急劇加熱，冷卻等瞬時溫差大的工況。傳統(tǒng)意義上的熱交換器均以在介質(zhì)管的外表層進(jìn)行冷熱媒的對流交換，從而達(dá)到熱交換的要求。
柏康新型普套管式熱交換器設(shè)置三h管結(jié)構(gòu)，中間管為被冷卻或加熱介質(zhì)端，內(nèi)層管與外層管為冷熱媒供給端，冷熱媒同時供給內(nèi)層管與外層管，井在外層管與中間管之間、內(nèi)層管內(nèi)與中問管介質(zhì)形成對流，從而達(dá)到快速熱交換的目的。

Baikang's new tubo and-tubo heat oxchangor is provided with a throe layer tube structuro, with theintermediate tubebeing the cooled or heatedmedium end, the inner tube and the outer tube being the cold andhot medium supply end, thecold and hot medium simuitanecusly supplying the inner fube and the outer fube andforming convection between the outer fube and the intermediate tube and between theunher tube and themedlum of the intermediate tube so as to achievethe purpose of rapid heat exchange.

應(yīng)用一:空氣加熱
生物制藥領(lǐng)域配液罐、粉料籍體清洗后為加快吹掃、干燥效率，就需要將壓縮空氣進(jìn)行加熱，熱空氣對將快速的提高干燥效率?？諝庾鳛椴涣紝?dǎo)體，以常溫狀態(tài)供應(yīng)要達(dá)到快速加熱，柏康新型管套管式熱交換器減少空氣層厚度來實(shí)現(xiàn)出口瞬時達(dá)到高溫要求。
應(yīng)用二:注射水冷卻
生物制藥無菌領(lǐng)域某些特殊工藝要求采用低溫或超低溫注射用水，如清器具清洗需要的30C、葉些藥物混合配制時為保持生物活性的2-8C等，均需要將注射水予以在線瞬時冷卻，并要保證實(shí)現(xiàn)熱交換的設(shè)備本身具備衛(wèi)生級的要求，不得形成交叉污染。
Aplication 1: Air Ho ating
In arder to spood up the purging and drying fficiancy after cleaning the liquid prepa ration tank and powderbox in the fiaild of biopharma coutical, comprassed air needs to be heated, and hat air pairs will quickly improvethe drying fficiency.as a poor conductor, air should be suplied at normal te mperature to achieve rapidheating. Baikang S new tubeand-tubeheat exchanger reduces the thickness of the air layer to achieve therequirement of instantaneous high temperature at theutlet.
Application 2: Injection water cooling
Some special processes in the field of biopharmaceutical sterility require the use of low-temperature or ultra-low-temperature water for injection such as 30 c for cleaning utensils and mixing certain drugs in orderto maintain the biological activity of2- 8 c during preparation, injection water should be instantly coled onlineａnd tho oquip mont forheat axchango should meot the hygione requiremonts and no cross contamination shouldbe formed.
