◆工作原理Working Principle

當(dāng)壓縮空氣供給真空發(fā)生器時(shí)，真空發(fā)生器就產(chǎn)生負(fù)壓形成真空氣流，物料被吸入吸料咀，形成物氣流，經(jīng)過吸料管到達(dá)上料機(jī)的料倉內(nèi)。過濾器把物料與空氣分離，當(dāng)物料裝滿料倉時(shí)，控制器會(huì)自動(dòng)切斷氣源，真空發(fā)生器停止工

作。同時(shí)料倉門自動(dòng)開啟，物料落到設(shè)備的料斗中。與此同時(shí)，壓縮空氣通過脈沖反吹自動(dòng)清洗過濾器。等時(shí)間到或料位傳感器發(fā)出上料信號(hào)時(shí)，自動(dòng)啟動(dòng)上料機(jī)。

rial is sucked into the suction nozzle to form mate-rial air flow, which reaches the silo of the feeder through the suction pipe. The filter completely sepa-rates the material from the air. When the material isfilled with the silo, the controller will automati-

cally cut off the air source and the vacuum generatorwill stop working. At the same time, the silo door opens automatically and the materials fall into the hopper of the equipment. At the same time, the com-pressed air automatically cleans the filter through pulse back blowing. When the time is up or the mate-rial level sensor sends the feeding signal, the feed-ing machine will be started automatically.
