1.1 CLLa系列船用立式離心泵是我公司參照制造并經(jīng)中國船級社認(rèn)可的產(chǎn)品。本產(chǎn)品是用來輸送海水、淡水、生活污水，作為冷卻、消防、艙底壓載和其他一般排水用，也可用于工業(yè)和城市供水。輸送介質(zhì)溫度應(yīng)低于80℃。

  The CLLa Series Marine Vertical Centrifugal Pump is make according to foreign technology and approval by CCS．The pump．can be used to transport sea water,fresh water,sanitary sewage for cooling,furc，pump and deliver bottom ballast water or common drain off water,also can be used for industry,or cities supplies water．The temperatures of the media transferred should not exceed 80℃．

1.2當(dāng)輸送介質(zhì)含有較大泥砂量時，旋液分離器將泵高壓端液體引入旋液分離器進行分離。經(jīng)分離凈化后的液體引入密封腔內(nèi)進行沖洗，將帶有較多泥砂的液體引至泵的低壓區(qū)，以此延長機械密封壽命，顧客如需安裝，應(yīng)在合同中注明。

  When the media transferred contain relatively more silt,the liquid in high-pressure district will be introduced and separated in the rotation liquid segarator. After separate and purify,the liquid will be entry the sealed cavity to wash up,then the liquid contains silt will be guide to the low-pressure district．By doing these,the service life of the machinery sealing in the sealed cavity will be extend．Our customers who want pumps installcd are suggested to spccify it clearly in the contract．

1.3當(dāng)本泵作為消防泵使用時，本泵應(yīng)設(shè)自吸裝置，并在泵的排出管路設(shè)置安全閥，以保證消防系統(tǒng)安全、可靠地使用。作艙底壓載泵用，也應(yīng)配置自吸裝置。

  Regard as this pump as fire control time spent,the pump should be set up self-suction device,ａnd set up the relief valve on the discharge pipeline of the pump，guarantee the system of fire control use security reliably．Regard as this pump as bottom ballast time spent,should set up self-suction device too．

1.4 CLLa系列泵的進出口法蘭符合GB572“船用鑄銅法蘭"。
