    潛水排污泵系列是我公司引進(jìn)技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上．結(jié)合國內(nèi)水泵的使用特點而研制成功的新一代泵類產(chǎn)品．具有節(jié)能、防纏繞、無堵塞、自動安裝和自動控制等特點。在排送固體顆粒和長纖維垃圾方面．具有效果。

    該系列泵采用葉輪結(jié)構(gòu)和新型機(jī)械密封．能有效地輸送含有固體物和長纖維。葉輪與傳統(tǒng)葉輪相比，該泵葉輪采用單流道或雙流道形式．它類似于一截面大小相同的彎管．具有非常好的過流性．配以合理的蝸室．使得該泵具有效率高、葉輪經(jīng)動靜平衡試驗．使泵在運(yùn)行中穩(wěn)定可靠。

該系列水泵依據(jù)JB/T5118-2001標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制造。

GENERAL OF THE PRODUCT

    The sewage pump series is a new generation product successfully developed in this Co. on the basis of the introduced foreign advanced know-how and the features of use of the domestic water pumps and features a no-table energy-saving effect, wrapping-proof, non-block, auto installation and control, and an unique effect on the drainage of solid grains and long fiber rubbish.

    This series pump uses an unique impeller structure and a new-style mechanical seal and can effectively transport those media containing solids and long fibers. Compared with the conventional impeller, the impeller with this pump uses a form of single or dual flow-path, similar to an elbow of the same section and of an extremely good flow-through performance, and, fitted with a reasonable turbine room, this pump cam work very effectively and, via the dynamic and static balancing test on the impeller, run stably and reliably.

    This series pump holds an advanced hydraulic performance, high efficiency, multiple structures and installation modes, simplifying the pump station and saving the investment.

    This water pump is made according to JB/5118-2001.

使用條件

●介質(zhì)溫度不超過60℃，重度1.0～1.3Kg/dm³．PH值在5～9范圍內(nèi)。

●無內(nèi)自流循環(huán)冷卻系統(tǒng)的泵．電機(jī)部分露出液面不超過1/3。

●一般情況下．泵必須在使用揚(yáng)程范圍內(nèi)使用．保證電機(jī)不過載．如需在全揚(yáng)程范圍使用．應(yīng)在訂貨時另行注明，以便廠家制造。

●在運(yùn)行過程中泵電機(jī)電流不得超過電機(jī)的額定電流。

CONDITIONS FOR USE

●Medium temperature not over 60℃, weight density 1.0-1.3Kg/dm³, PH value within 5-9.

●Pump of a circulated cooling system without internal self-flow, the portion out of the liquid surface of the motor not over 1/3.

●The pump has to be used within the range of the head for use, in general, to make sure of the motor without overloaded. Please make a note at order if desired to use in the full head range so as for the manufacturer to make.

●The current of the pump's motor should not be over the rated current of the motor in running.
