l 本產(chǎn)品廣泛適用于各類型預充式導管，特殊類型的注射器亦可定制。Suitable for all types of prefilled catheter flushers, special types of syringes can also be customized.

l 表面采用SUS304不銹鋼材質(zhì)，接觸物料部位采用SUS316L不銹鋼和醫(yī)用級硅橡膠，符合GMP規(guī)范要求。The surface is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the parts in contact with materials are made of SUS316L stainless steel and medical grade silicone rubber, which meets the requirements of GMP regulations.

l 設備配置膠塞自凈臺和蓋帽自凈臺，實現(xiàn)不停機添加膠塞和蓋帽。Self-cleaning station for rubber stopper and cap self-cleaning station can be selected to realize adding rubber stoppers and caps without stopping the machine.

l 硅化采用日本高精度超微量霧化噴霧閥，噴量可實現(xiàn)在0.5-2毫克之間調(diào)節(jié)，高精度穩(wěn)定噴涂，無外濺，無滴漏。Silicification adopts Japanese high-precision ultra-micro atomization spray valve, the spray volume can be adjusted between 0.5-2 mg, high-precision and stable spraying, no splashing, no dripping.

l 陶瓷柱塞泵實現(xiàn)定量灌裝，耐酸堿侵蝕，耐磨耐高溫，灌裝精度高。Ceramic plunger pump realizes quantitative filling, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, wear resistance and high temperature resistance, and high filling accuracy.

l 膠塞和蓋帽的排序和輸送通過振動盤實現(xiàn)，采用SUS316L不銹鋼潔凈盤，無清潔死角，頂盤可拆卸并支持滅菌。The sorting and conveying of rubber stoppers and caps is realized by the vibrating plate, using SUS316L stainless steel clean plate, no cleaning dead angle, the top plate is detachable and supports sterilization.
