DPP-260鋁塑/鋁鋁泡罩包裝機（英文：DPP-260 Aluminum Plastic/Aluminum Aluminum Blister Packing Machine）

1、成型、熱封、打批號、壓痕、沖裁等裝置全部采用制有齒條的心軸定位，搖動搖手柄，各種裝置均能在心軸上輕松自如的移動，機臺裝有標尺，校正方便，定位迅速準確。

2、采用進口伺服電機配合機械手牽引，采用了雙重擺桿裝置，增大了牽引行程的可調(diào)范圍（標準140mm，可定制到180mm），能適應各種尺寸藥版的包裝。機器對版加熱、正壓成型、上下網(wǎng)紋、氣缸熱封、自動送料、自動壓痕打批號、自動沖裁版塊，操作簡單運行可靠。

3、特殊物料包裝厚度≥14mm，采用正壓空氣成型并配置機械沖頭，確保了泡罩成型均勻挺括，適用于大密丸、等較大尺寸或特殊形狀物的包裝；配以專用的自動加料器，能適應安瓿、針劑、西林瓶等的包裝，適用范圍廣。

4、主傳動部分采用平行軸斜齒輪減速箱，成型、熱封、壓痕等模具采用肖釘定位，壓板固緊，定位準確，換模方便，節(jié)省包材。

5、電器控制系統(tǒng)采用進口品牌，PCL 觸摸屏 溫度控制模塊等采用西門子品牌，伺服電機采用松下品牌，編碼器選用歐姆龍。有效提高的產(chǎn)品的穩(wěn)定性。

The electrical control system adopts imported brands, the PCL touch screen temperature control module adopts Siemens brand, the servo motor adopts Panasonic brand, and the encoder adopts Omron. Effectively improve the stability of the product.

6、為便于機器進入車間，機身可按用戶要求進行分體制作。
