■ 原理 principle
◎ Szg雙錐回轉(zhuǎn)真空干燥機(jī)為雙錐形的回轉(zhuǎn)罐體，罐內(nèi)在真空狀態(tài)下，向夾套內(nèi)通入蒸汽或熱水進(jìn)行加熱，熱量通過(guò)罐體內(nèi)壁 與濕物料接觸。濕物料吸熱后蒸發(fā)的水汽，通過(guò)真空泵經(jīng)真空排氣管被抽走。由于罐體內(nèi)處于真空狀態(tài)，且罐體的回轉(zhuǎn)使物料 不斷的上下、內(nèi)外翻動(dòng)，故加快了物料的干燥速度，提高干燥效率，達(dá)到均勻干燥的目的。
    Szg Series Double Cone Rotating vacuum Dryer has double cone rotating tank. under the state of vacuum inside the tank , pass steam or hot water into to jacker for heating . the energy can contact with the damp raw material through the inner wall. the vaporized steam can be pumped out through vacuum exhaust pipe when the damp raw material absorbed heat. Because the inner of tank is in the state of vacuum and the raw material is turned over all the time caused by the rotating of tank, the dry speed of raw material is quickened and drying efficiency is raised too and the purpose of uniform dry can be raised.

本機(jī)適用于醫(yī)藥、食品、化工等行業(yè)的 粉、粒狀物料的真空干燥和混合，尤其 適用于有下列要求的物料；
◎ 不能承受高溫的熱敏性物料；
◎ 容易氧化，有危險(xiǎn)的物料；
◎ 需回收溶劑和有毒氣體的物料；
◎ 要求殘留揮發(fā)物含量極低的物料；
◎ 要求混合充分，均勻的物料；
the dryer is suitable for drying and mixing powder or granule raw material of pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry and chemical industry and so on. Especially it is suitable for the folliwing raw materials that have special requirements:
◎ thermal sensitive raw material that can not in high temperature;
◎ raw materials that are easy to be oxidezed or to be dangerous;
◎ raw materials in which the solvent needs to recover and there is toxic gases;
◎ raw material that have the requirement of containing rather low content of residue volatized materails;
◎ raw materials that need to mix evenly and fully.

■ 特點(diǎn) FeAtUres
◎ 油加熱時(shí),采用自動(dòng)恒溫控制，可以干燥生化制品和礦物原料,溫度可在20~160℃之間,溫度±2℃以內(nèi)。
◎ 熱效率高，比一般烘箱提高2倍以上。
◎ 間接加熱，物料不會(huì)被污染，符合"gMP"要求。設(shè)備維修操作簡(jiǎn)便,易清洗。
◎ When oil is used to heat, use automatic constant temperature control. It can be used for drying biology products and mine. Its temperature of operation can be adjusted from 20~160°C and within ±2°C.
◎ Compared with ordinal dryer, its heat efficiency will be over 2 times;
◎ the heat is indirect. So the raw material can not be polluted. It is in conformity with the requirement of gMP. It is easy in washing and maintenance.
