Fluorine plastic magnetic pump is the German Hank (HANK) the development of new products, and the introduction of foreign advanced technology, the use of polyvinylidene fluoride manufacturing, the material is the world's best corrosion-resistant materials, the use of the material produced by the magnetic pump Use a wide range of corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, no aging, non-toxic decomposition and so on.
Features
1, fluorine plastic magnetic pump design not only has a compact structure of ordinary magnetic pump, beautiful appearance, small size, low noise, reliable operation, etc., and its current components are all used in the world's best corrosion resistance "plastic Wang "(fluorine plastic) manufacturing, isolation sets of special materials used in manufacturing, with high strength mechanical properties, eliminating the existence of ordinary magnetic pump magnetic vortex phenomenon. Leakage design eliminates the shaft seal, the use of magnetic coupling indirect drive, completely eliminates the trouble of dripping, never polluting the use of the site.
2, the pump part of the flow of "fluorine plastic alloy" manufacturing, continuous delivery of any concentration of acid, alkali, strong oxidants and other corrosive media without damage. Design of unique, no mechanical shaft seal, absolutely no leakage, liquid flow components used fluorine plastic, ceramic, fluorine rubber and other materials, the pump body with metal material fixed, so the pump is sufficient to support the weight of the pipeline, the use of maintenance is very convenient The
The main purpose
Widely used in petrochemical, acid and alkali, nonferrous metal smelting, automobile manufacturing pickling process, rare earth separation, pesticides, dyes, medicine, paper, electroplating, radio and other industries.
The main purpose
Flow: 1.8-100m3 / h
Head: 8-32m
Motor power: 0.12-18.5KW
Speed: 2900r / min
Operating temperature: -20 ° C to 100 ° C

GERMANY HANK PUMP LIMITED is founded on 1852 in Monchengladbach, which is located at one city in North Rhine in Germany, which is the west of Nordrhein-Westfalen. At the beginning of 1850s, as the rapid development of economic and the shortages of energy in Germany , the government had been in saving energy aspect. On this occasion, HANK Pump (Trouble Less Pump) was established.Hank pump is the world-famous transnational production enterprise, which produces high quality and advanced pump, measurement and control system, and which has its divisions and branches in dozens of countries in the global. The company products user involves the petroleum, the chemical industry, the electric power, the metallurgy, the drugs manufacture, food, the water treatment, the municipal administration to give draining water, the natural gas, the papermaking, the electronics industry, the building, the mechanical device necessary ect..
The conclusion of the pump concept in German Hank pump is resposibility, foresight, innovation. For ourselves resposibility, foresight and focusing on creating unprecendented solution and concept, our company has become the lead of pump manufacturer in the global.
