Diving sewage pump using the German Hank (AHNK) advanced technology, especially for conveying solid containing solid, fiber, and particularly dirty, sticky and slippery liquid. All imported submersible sewage pumps are equipped with a modified tear structure can be sewage in the long fiber, bags, belts, cloth, etc. after tearing out. Therefore, the work in the sewage will not be blocked very reliable operation.
Main feature
1, the use of advanced technology, strong sewage capacity, no clogging, can effectively through the diameter φ30-φ80 mm solid particles.
2, the tearing mechanism can tear the fiber material, cut off, and then smooth emissions, without the need for filter on the filter.
3, the design is reasonable, the matching motor power is small, the energy conservation effect is remarkable.
4, with the latest material of the mechanical seal, you can make the pump safe continuous operation in 8000 hours or more.
5, compact structure, easy to move, easy to install, can reduce the project cost, no need to build pump room.
6, can be used in the whole lift range, and to ensure that the motor will not overload.
7, the ball days and can be based on the required water level changes, automatic control of the pump start and stop, without special care.
8, dual-rail automatic installation system, it is to install, repair has brought great convenience, people do not have to enter and leave the pits for this.
9, equipped with automatic protection control box on the product leakage, leakage and overload and other effective protection, improve product safety and reliability.
Product Usage
1, factories, commercial serious pollution of wastewater discharge
2, hospitals, hotels, sewage discharge
3, urban sewage treatment plant emissions system
4, municipal works, construction sites
5, residential area of sewage drainage system
6, exploration, mining supporting machine
7, civil air defense system drainage station
8, rural biogas digesters, farmlａnd irrigation
GERMANY HANK PUMP LIMITED is founded on 1852 in Monchengladbach, which is located at one city in North Rhine in Germany, which is the west of Nordrhein-Westfalen. At the beginning of 1850s, as the rapid development of economic and the shortages of energy in Germany , the government had been in saving energy aspect. On this occasion, HANK Pump (Trouble Less Pump) was established.Hank pump is the world-famous transnational production enterprise, which produces high quality and advanced pump, measurement and control system, and which has its divisions and branches in dozens of countries in the global. The company products user involves the petroleum, the chemical industry, the electric power, the metallurgy, the drugs manufacture, food, the water treatment, the municipal administration to give draining water, the natural gas, the papermaking, the electronics industry, the building, the mechanical device necessary ect..
The conclusion of the pump concept in German Hank pump is resposibility, foresight, innovation. For ourselves resposibility, foresight and focusing on creating unprecendented solution and concept, our company has become the lead of pump manufacturer in the global.
