本機(jī)組對大批量藥材有效成份提取效率高，節(jié)約能源，提取液含藥濃度高。主體采用直筒式結(jié)構(gòu)，排渣極為輕松方便。排渣門采用氣壓啟閉系統(tǒng)，操作平穩(wěn)可靠帶自鎖裝置，有效避免工人操作失誤，造成設(shè)備對的損傷。
This unit enjoys a high efficiency in the mass extraction of the effective ingredients of medicines. It saves energy and provides a high medicine concentration of the extracted liquid. The main engine employs straight barrel structure which is quite easy for dreg-releasing.The dreg releasing valve employs pneumatic activating system. It boasts a smooth and reliable operation and self-cleaning device, which could effectively avoid damages done to the machine by workers' erroneous operation.

本機(jī)組廣泛用于以水或有機(jī)溶媒為介質(zhì)對中藥材進(jìn)行煎煮提取、熱回流提取、循環(huán)浸取等工藝過程，并可在提取過程中，同時(shí)回收揮發(fā)油成份。
The unit is mainly used in the technological process of boiling extraction, thermo refluxing extraction and cycling drenching of traditional Chinese medicine by using water or organic solvents as mediums. It can also recycle volatile oil components in the process of extraction.
