三、粉末壓片機操作規(guī)程：

★機器使用前須檢查沖模是否有缺邊、裂縫、變形等質量問題，檢查機器各裝置是否完好。

★檢查顆粒原粒是否符合要求，顆粒中的細粉含量不宜超過10%，以免影響機器使用性能及壽命。

★開車前應用手轉動帶輪或順點動按鈕試壓，確定片劑符合要求，機器運轉正常后，方可開機投入生產。

★機器設有倒車點動按鈕，壓片時產生疊片或上沖粘沖悶車及校核上沖進模情況進可使用，使用時只允許瞬時點動使機器微量反轉，否則會損壞機件。

★使用中要隨時注意機器的運轉情況，如有異常聲響，即應停機檢查，排除故障后再使用。

四、粉末壓片機注意事項：

★使用前必須先松開注油孔螺釘，壓片機才能正常工作

★定期在絲杠及柱塞泵處加潤滑油

★加壓決不允許超過機器的壓力范圍，否則會發(fā)生危險

★壓片機使用清潔的46號機油為宜，絕不可用剎車油

★加壓時感覺手動壓把有力，但壓力表無指示，應立即卸荷檢查壓力表

★新機器或較長一段時間沒有使用時，在用之前稍緊放油閥，加壓到20~25MPa時即卸荷，連續(xù)重復2~3次，即可正常使用

★大活塞不要超過行程20mm
