三、粉末壓片機(jī)操作規(guī)程：

★機(jī)器使用前須檢查沖模是否有缺邊、裂縫、變形等質(zhì)量問題，檢查機(jī)器各裝置是否完好。

★檢查顆粒原粒是否符合要求，顆粒中的細(xì)粉含量不宜超過10%，以免影響機(jī)器使用性能及壽命。

四、粉末壓片機(jī)注意事項(xiàng)：

★使用前必須先松開注油孔螺釘，壓片機(jī)才能正常工作

★定期在絲杠及柱塞泵處加潤滑油

★加壓決不允許超過機(jī)器的壓力范圍，否則會發(fā)生危險(xiǎn)

★壓片機(jī)使用清潔的46號機(jī)油為宜，絕不可用剎車油

★加壓時(shí)感覺手動壓把有力，但壓力表無指示，應(yīng)立即卸荷檢查壓力表

★新機(jī)器或較長一段時(shí)間沒有使用時(shí)，在用之前稍緊放油閥，加壓到20~25MPa時(shí)即卸荷，連續(xù)重復(fù)2~3次，即可正常使用

★大活塞不要超過行程20mm
