設(shè)備介紹

該設(shè)備是由電機(jī)、底座、傳動(dòng)、密封、均質(zhì)器、流量泵、壓力保護(hù)裝置、冷卻、加熱裝置、控制單元等組成。物料從設(shè)備上口進(jìn)入,經(jīng)九級(jí)高速剪切,從下而上從上口排出。是GDG20A型的細(xì)分,定子和轉(zhuǎn)子極小的配合間隙,在轉(zhuǎn)子超速運(yùn)行時(shí)產(chǎn)生粒子團(tuán)微?；?定子面靜止,在*的速差下,轉(zhuǎn)子高速旋轉(zhuǎn),從而形成0.1-0.5um的薄膜,對(duì)粒徑進(jìn)行切割、剝離、分層,對(duì)物料進(jìn)行乳化、分散、切割等作用。

1、具有對(duì)腔室內(nèi)剪切的物料進(jìn)行在線保溫和加熱功能,確保物料不會(huì)過(guò)熱或過(guò)冷,滿(mǎn)足各種工藝要求。

2、雙端面機(jī)械密封自帶水循環(huán)冷卻和安全保護(hù)裝置,具有壓力示警保護(hù)功能,壓力值低于安全壓力時(shí)聲光報(bào)警,高速旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)密封更加可靠。3、采用五軸數(shù)控精密加工,保障了形位公差和尺寸公差的合格率,確保剪切定子、轉(zhuǎn)子配合間隙僅為0.15mm高速下運(yùn)行順暢。高速運(yùn)行的軸承溫控裝置，保證了8000r/min下長(zhǎng)時(shí)間持續(xù)工作。

4、特殊材料保障主軸在高速運(yùn)行時(shí)不會(huì)發(fā)生形變,線速度50m/s,跳動(dòng)在0.05mm以?xún)?nèi)。

5、*的剪切力、精密配合、穩(wěn)定輸出的組合下,物料粒徑可達(dá)0.2-1um。

6、具有自循環(huán)清洗功能,滿(mǎn)足GMP要求。
