In the ocean climate environment, the main factors affecting the corrosion (aging) of materials or products include light, chloride ion deposition, temperature, humidity and so on. These factors also have synergistic effect, which is the reason that the correlation of natural accelerated test or laboratory environmental test of single factor simulation is poor. In order to improve the correlation and acceleration of accelerated test, a multi-factor integrated climate accelerated simulation test box is designed, which can simulate solar radiation and chloride ion. (or other pollutants), high temperature, wetting, drying cycle test. According to the standard metals, engineering plastics and organic coatings stipulated in ISO 9223, the test has been carried out and verified. The preliminary results show that the test has good acceleration and correlation.
