脫色罐Decolorization Tank

一、應用概述Application Overview

該脫色罐廣泛應用于氨基酸、精制糖、味精、葡萄糖、淀粉糖、化學助劑、染料中間體、醫(yī)藥中間體、食品（添加劑）、飲料、藥液制劑、生化制品、油脂等高色素溶液的脫色、提純、凈化、去除熱原（Pyrogen）、除臭、去雜等。罐體設有夾層，可通入蒸汽（或熱水循環(huán)）進行加熱，使粉末活性炭在罐內借助攪拌器的運轉， 在適宜的溫度值條件下與物料充分混合、攪拌后而進行吸附脫色。

The bleaching tank is widely used in the decolorization, purification, purification, pyrogen removal, deodorization and impurity removal of high color solutions such as amino acid, refined sugar, monosodium glutamate, glucose, starch sugar, chemical additives, dye intermediates, pharmaceutical intermediates, food (additives), beverages, pharmaceutical preparations, biochemical products, oils and fats. The tank body is equipped with interlayer, which can be heated by steam (or hot water circulation), so that the powdered activated carbon can be fully mixed with the material at the appropriate temperature value by means of the operation of the agitator in the tank, and the adsorption and decolorization can be carried out after stirring.

二、結構特性Structural Characteristics

1.立式、全封閉結構，無粉塵污染。

2.按物料特性定制攪拌裝置，脫色效果好，攪拌傳動平穩(wěn)噪音低。

3.特別設置若減速機漏油后防止污染罐內物料的裝置，物料無污染風險，且無使用成本，安全可靠。

4.夾套采用空心夾套、半圓盤管夾套、蜂窩夾套等（按需選擇），加熱效率高。

5.夾套外設置保溫層，填充耐高溫、抗老化的珍珠棉，具有良好隔熱保溫效果。

6.外飾面筒體采用不銹鋼板鏡面拋光、原色亞光或磨砂面亞光處理（供選），外形美觀整潔。

7.內罐體表面做鏡面拋光處理（粗糙度 Ra≤0.6μm）；各進出管口、視鏡、人孔等工藝開孔與內罐體焊接處均采用拉伸翻邊工藝圓弧過渡，光滑易清洗，生產過程可靠、穩(wěn)定，符合“GMP”等規(guī)范要求。

4. The jacket adopts hollow jacket, semi-circular coil jacket, honeycomb jacket, etc. (selected as required), with high heating efficiency.

5. heat insulation layer is installed outside the jacket, filled with high temperature resistant and anti-aging pearl cotton, which has good thermal insulation effect.

6. The external decorative surface cylinder adopts stainless steel plate mirror polishing, primary color matte or frosted surface matte treatment (optional), with beautiful and tidy appearance.

7. The inner tank surface shall be subject to mirror polishing (roughness Ra ≤ 0.6) μ m）； All process openings such as inlet and outlet pipe, sight glass, manhole and the welding of inner tank body adopt tensile flanging process for arc transition, which is smooth and easy to clean without dead angle, and the production process is reliable and stable, meeting the requirements of "GMP" and other specifications.

三、附件配置Attachment Configuration

快開式衛(wèi)生人孔、窺視燈鏡、溫度計（指針式或液晶數(shù)顯式）、真空接口、真空表、CIP 清洗器、料液進出口、采樣口（采樣閥）、回流口、夾套熱媒進/出口等接口。

工作溫度：夾套：<138℃，內罐體：<100℃（請聲明工作溫度）

夾套加熱/冷卻介質：飽和蒸汽（或熱水循環(huán)）/冷卻水。注：用戶需自備

適用pH值：2～12（請聲明 pH 值范圍）
