概述Summary：  

衛(wèi)生級(jí)儲(chǔ)罐是我公司參照國(guó)際質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制造的，罐體、內(nèi)膽材料全部采用SUS316L或SUS304不銹鋼。罐體內(nèi)表面鏡面拋光，粗糙度Ra≤0.4μm，外保溫壁采用SUS316L或SUS304不銹鋼制成。廣泛應(yīng)用于制藥、食品、化工、生物制品等行業(yè)液體或氣體物料的常溫儲(chǔ)存或冷凍儲(chǔ)存，可用于儲(chǔ)存提取液、乙醇、酸、堿、氣體等。

Sanitary grade storage tanks are manufactured by our company with reference to international quality standards. The tank body and inner liner materials are all made of SUS316L or SUS304 stainless steel. Mirror polishing of the inner surface of the tank, with roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m. The external insulation wall is made of SUS316L or SUS304 stainless steel. It is widely used in the normal temperature storage or frozen storage of liquid or gaseous materials in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, biological products and other industries, and can be used to store extraction liquids, ethanol, acids, bases, gases, etc.

儲(chǔ)罐分類及組成Tank Classification And Composition

衛(wèi)生級(jí) 儲(chǔ)罐按形式分類：可分為立式不銹鋼衛(wèi)生級(jí) 儲(chǔ)罐，臥式不銹鋼衛(wèi)生級(jí) 儲(chǔ)罐;

按壓力要求分類：不銹鋼壓力容器，非不銹鋼壓力容器。

根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)可分為：?jiǎn)螌觾?chǔ)罐、雙層儲(chǔ)罐(帶保溫層)、三層儲(chǔ)罐(帶保溫和夾套)

Sanitary Storage Tanks Are Classified By Type：It can be divided into vertical stainless steel sanitary storage tank and horizontal stainless steel sanitary storage tank;

Classification according to pressure requirements: stainless steel pressure vessel, non stainless steel pressure vessel.

According To The Structure, It Can Be Divided Into：Single layer storage tank, double-layer storage tank (with insulation layer), three-layer storage tank (with insulation and jacket).

衛(wèi)生級(jí) 儲(chǔ)罐主要由罐本體及附件組成。

Ø 衛(wèi)生級(jí) 儲(chǔ)罐主要由筒體、支腿(或支耳)、上下封頭、夾套及保溫層組成。

Ø 儲(chǔ)罐筒體圓柱形，上下封頭為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)橢圓形或蝶形封頭，主要材質(zhì)為304或316L不銹鋼。

Ø 保溫材料多為聚氨酯或巖棉，厚度50㎜~100㎜。

Ø 附件主要包括衛(wèi)生人孔、視鏡視燈、料液進(jìn)出口及其它工藝管口、CIP清洗口、和其它選項(xiàng)如：液位計(jì)、溫度計(jì)、清洗球、呼吸器、稱重模塊、壓力表、安全閥等。

Ø 凡與藥液接觸的部分均采用304或316L不銹鋼制造，具有無毒、無脫落、良好的耐腐蝕性等特點(diǎn)，不僅能使藥品、食品質(zhì)量得到保證，而且設(shè)備使用壽命長(zhǎng)。

Sanitary Storage Tank Is Mainly Composed Of Tank Body And Accessories.

Ø Sanitary storage tanks are mainly composed of cylinders, legs (or lugs), upper and lower heads, jackets and insulation layers.

Ø The tank barrel is cylindrical, the upper and lower heads are standard oval or butterfly heads, and the main material is 304 or 316L stainless steel.

Ø The thermal insulation material is mostly polyurethane or rock wool, with a thickness of 50mm ~ 100mm.

Ø Accessories mainly include sanitary manhole, sight glass, feed liquid inlet and outlet and other process pipe orifices, CIP cleaning port, and other options, such as liquid level gauge, thermometer, cleaning ball, respirator, weighing module, pressure gauge, safety valve, etc.

Ø All parts in contact with liquid medicine are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, which has the characteristics of non-toxic, no falling off and good corrosion resistance. It can not only ensure the quality of drugs and food, but also prolong the service life of the equipment.
