實(shí)驗(yàn)室均質(zhì)乳化成套反應(yīng)系統(tǒng)是專門為同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)不同反應(yīng)條件而設(shè)計(jì)，主要由反應(yīng)釜系統(tǒng)、攪拌混合系統(tǒng)、乳化均質(zhì)系統(tǒng)構(gòu)成、同時(shí)可擴(kuò)展溫度控制系統(tǒng)、真空壓力系統(tǒng)、各種數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)。能夠同時(shí)提供混合、攪拌、分散、乳化、均質(zhì)工藝要求，在真空環(huán)境下同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)溫度控制。
The complete set of laboratory homogeneous emulsification reaction system is specially designed to realize different reaction conditions at the same time. It is mainly composed of reactor system, mixing system, emulsification homogenization system, expandable temperature control system, vacuum pressure system and various data acquisition systems. It can provide the process requirements of mixing, stirring, dispersion, emulsification and homogenization at the same time, and realize temperature control at the same time in vacuum environment.
高真空乳化機(jī)適用反應(yīng)Applicable reaction：
l 乳酪，洗發(fā)液，護(hù)膚液，洗面奶等生產(chǎn)；
l 藥品和化妝品；
l 固液懸浮劑（如高分子的液體懸浮劑）；
l 將固體均質(zhì)后的細(xì)小顆粒分散到液體或者融化體中；
l 將添加劑或高分子材料懸浮在礦物油中；
l 通過濕法研磨或分散固體，纖維，多筋的樣品，組織，細(xì)胞等分散到液體或者高分子基質(zhì)中；
l 對(duì)化工物料的預(yù)處理；
l 奶制品和保健食品的生產(chǎn)；
l 高分子聚合；
l 從生物質(zhì)中提取酶制品；
l Production of cheese, shampoo, skin lotion, facial cleanser, etc ;
l Drugs and cosmetics;
l Solid liquid suspension agent (such as polymer liquid suspension agent) ;
