DXDF-40II/150II 自動粉劑包裝機

一、用途

用途：適用于各行業(yè)流動性一般或很差的粉狀物料的軟袋自動包裝機。

如：藥粉、花粉、茶粉、面粉、豆粉、奶粉、油茶面、靈芝粉等粉狀物體。

二、特點

1. 機體全不銹鋼外飾，符合國家對相關行業(yè)GMP的認證規(guī)范要求。

2. 整機外型美觀大方，采用人性化設計，在美觀的同時也節(jié)省了空間。

3. 通過MC認證（制造計量器具許可證），計量器具制造企業(yè)具備生產能力計量器具的能力，所生產的計量器具準確度和可靠性等指標符合法制要求。

4. 通過歐盟     認證，符合有關歐洲指令規(guī)定的要求，并用以證實該產品已通過了相應的合格評定程序和/或制造商的合格聲明，符合安全要求。

5. 特殊的直鏍桿設計，使鏍桿直接伸到了橫封處的上方，不等物料反撲，便完成了封口過程。使包裝袋美觀大方，不夾料。 

6. 機頭多方向可調整，方便調試、清潔、保養(yǎng)，快換接頭保證了鏍桿拆卸方便，干凈不掛料。

7. 電腦控制。該機采用電腦控制，電腦控制光標定位，保證了性能的穩(wěn)定，調整方便，zui大誤差時3袋內修整到位。電腦控制步進電機通過調整直螺桿的轉角來調整下料的質量，這不但保證了下料的準確，而且使操作變的更加容易簡便。

8. 采用智能溫控表，把封合誤差控制在正負2度。

9、轉動部分由于采用了進口高溫軸承，它與傳統(tǒng)的銅軸瓦和油杯相比可降低機器使用中的故障率，提高使用的壽命。

12. *的鏈條齒輪傳動系統(tǒng)進行連續(xù)式封合,其特點速度快,噪音低,運行平穩(wěn).使用壽命長(10年以上),可進行24小時連續(xù)運行。側門的黑圈保證了機器的美觀，并且使機器密封更好，使機器外型更簡潔。

Application:

The machine is designed and manufactured specially for powder and super fine powder products.Driven by servomotor,the auger is rotating to fill products;futhermore,the filling range can be adjusted automatically through computer.The process of bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting and hot pressing codes can be done automatically. Packing material include various kinds of heat-seal laimination,such as PET/plated AL/PE.PET/PE,NYLON…etc.
