概述

DW系列帶式干燥機(jī)工作時將所要外理的物料通過適當(dāng)?shù)匿伭蠙C(jī)構(gòu)，如星型布料器，擺動帶，粉碎機(jī)或制粒機(jī)，分布在輸送帶上，輸送帶通過一個或幾個加熱單元組成的通道。每個加熱單元均配有空氣加熱和循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，每一個通道有一個或幾個排濕系統(tǒng)，在輸送帶通過時，熱空氣從上往下或從下往，上通過輸送帶上的物料、從而使物料能均勻干燥，

When DW series belt dryer works, the materials to be processed are distributed on the conveyor belt through appropriate laying mechanism, such as star distributor,swing belt,pulverizer or granulaor,ａnd the conveyor beltis composed of one or several heating units.Each heating unit is equipped with an air heating and circulation system,ａnd each channel has one or several dehumidification systems.When the conveyor belt passes, the hot air passes through the materials on the conveyor belt from top to bottom or from bottom to top,so that the materials can be dried evenly

原理

干燥段分成若干單元，每一單元的熱風(fēng)獨(dú)立循環(huán)，由下往上穿過鋪滿物料的不銹鋼網(wǎng)帶，帶走物料水份。網(wǎng)帶緩慢移動，物料運(yùn)行速度可根據(jù)物料溫度調(diào)節(jié)。干燥后的成品連續(xù)落入收料器中。

用途

用于透氣性較好的片狀、條狀、顆粒狀物料的連續(xù)成批干燥，尤其適合于含水率高，且具備熱敏性能的物料，如脫水蔬菜、中藥飲片等?？筛稍锝?jīng)造?；蛑茽詈蟮拿撍疄V餅類的膏狀物料。對于含水率特別高的物料，可用多臺串聯(lián)形成流水線。
