概述：

多效蒸發(fā)器，由較原始的蒸發(fā)釜，發(fā)展成單效、雙效、三效、四效或者更多效蒸發(fā)器，其目的都是為了逐漸減少能源消耗。多效蒸發(fā)器是由相互串聯(lián)的多個蒸發(fā)器組成。是利用前一效蒸發(fā)產(chǎn)生的二次蒸汽為下一效提供熱源，來達(dá)到節(jié)能的目的。多效可以回收部分的二次蒸汽，效數(shù)越多回收的二次蒸汽越多。這一點有別于MVR蒸發(fā)器能夠回收全部的二次蒸汽。一般米說:三效蒸發(fā)每噸水消耗0.37~046噸蒸汽，四效蒸發(fā)每噸水消耗0.3~035噸蒸汽，五效蒸發(fā)每噸水消耗0.24-0.3噸蒸汽。我們公司的多效蒸發(fā)系統(tǒng)，往往考慮回收冷凝水或二次蒸汽的熱量，來實現(xiàn)節(jié)能的目的。在廢水處理中，還要考慮預(yù)熱器結(jié)垢的自動在線清洗。多效蒸發(fā)器可以采用強(qiáng)制循環(huán)、自然循環(huán)、降膜、升膜、板式蒸發(fā)器等多種形式，也可以采用多種組合的方式，來較優(yōu)化工藝。多效蒸發(fā)的流程:可以有順流、逆流、平流、錯流等。
