概述Descriptions

This machine is a high-efficiency screening eguipment widelyused in China at present. It uses vibration principle to realize mass screening of materials This machine can be widely used in metallurgychemical industry. pharmacy, grain and other industries.

應(yīng)用Applications

ZS/FS series layered sieve is suitable for flow operation and is an ideal equipment for sieving and continuous discharging with different particle sizes.

This machine consists of hopper. oscillating chambercoupling and motorThe oscillating chamber consists of eccentric wheel rhher cshion main shaft. bearing.etc. The adustable eccentric weight is driven by the motor and transmitted to the center line of the main shaft.Under unbalanced conditions, centrifugal force is generated to change the material strength and form orbital vortex in the screen. The amplitude of the weight adjuster can be adjusted according to different materials and screens.

The whole machine has compact structure. smalvolume. no dust low noise hiah auality, low eneray consumption convenient movement and maintenance.
