安裝前
用酒精清洗壓片機(jī)的上、中、下沖盤孔；用酒精清洗待用沖模，清洗完畢后將沖頭、中?？撞潦酶蓛簦恢心Ｍ鈭A可涂上
少量的潤滑脂，以便利于安裝。

安裝
上沖：打開壓片機(jī)的窗口，移開護(hù)蓋，從上導(dǎo)軌盤的一缺口處，手動盤車，將上
沖垂直放裝入上沖盤孔中。裝入時可以在
桿部涂抹少量潤滑油。依次安裝并檢查沖
模在孔內(nèi)是否運動順暢。切忌過緊。

中模：用內(nèi)六角扳手將位于中沖盤的中模緊固組合螺釘擰松開，用專用的工具將
中模裝入中沖盤的孔中。安裝時應(yīng)特別注
意勿傾斜中模的相對位置，以保證中沖盤
孔造成不必要的損傷。在緊固螺釘時，為
了避免扳手力矩過高損傷中沖盤，應(yīng)將力
矩限定在10N/M。

下沖：打開壓片機(jī)的柜門，撤出護(hù)板以
及相應(yīng)的裝置。將下沖垂直裝入下沖盤的
孔中，依次安裝并檢查沖模在孔內(nèi)是否運
動順暢，切忌過緊。

安裝后
卸去主、預(yù)壓輪的壓力，手動盤車，檢
查沖模運動是否順暢。確認(rèn)正常后以低速
開動機(jī)器并逐步加壓力至要求。

Before installation
Cleaning the upper、the middle and the lower of tablet machine with alcohol; cleaning stand-die with alcohol, after completed, wipe the die’s hole clean; In order to facilitate installation ,it can be coated with a small number of round cylindrical grease in the mold.
Installation
Upper Punch: open the window of tablet press, remove the cover, on the rail disc from a notch, manual drive cars, and put the upper punch into the hole of the upper punch vertically. When install it, you can smear a small amount of oil in the pole. Install die orderly and check whether it move smoothly or not in the hole. Remember not too tight.
Middle Die: Make the fastening model portfolio screw located in the middle punch loose with the hex wrench. Install the middle die into the hole of the middle punch disc with special tools. When installation, pay more attention not to tilt relative position in the mold to ensure unnecessary damage in the holes of the middle punch disc. When screws, in order to avoid excessive damage in the middle punch disc, torque should be limited to 10N / M.
Lower Punch: Open the door of tablet press; remove the protection board and the corresponding device. Put the lower punch into the hole of the lower punch vertically. Install die orderly and check whether it move smoothly or not in the hole. Remember not too tight.
After installation
Lifted the pressure of the main, previous roller, plate cars manually, check whether the die moves smoothly or not. Switch the machine with low speed and gradually add pressure to the requirements after confirmed normally.
