秤量室是一種用于制藥、微生物研究和科學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)等場(chǎng)所的局部?jī)艋O(shè)備,它提供一種垂直單向氣流, 部分潔凈空氣在工作區(qū)循環(huán)，部分排出至附近區(qū)域，使工作區(qū)產(chǎn)生負(fù)壓，防止交叉污染，用于保證工作區(qū)的高潔凈度環(huán)境。 中心秤量室是一種專業(yè)用于取樣、秤量、分析等行業(yè)的特種工作室，它能控制工作區(qū)的粉塵及塵埃不擴(kuò)散到操作區(qū)外，保障操作人員不吸入所操作的物品，是一種控制粉塵飛揚(yáng)的凈化設(shè)備． 室內(nèi)空氣經(jīng)初效濾器、中效過(guò)濾器，由離心風(fēng)機(jī)壓入靜壓箱，在經(jīng)高效過(guò)濾器后從氣流擴(kuò)散送風(fēng)單元出風(fēng)面吹出，潔凈空氣以均勻的斷面風(fēng)速流經(jīng)工作區(qū)，從而形成高潔凈的工作環(huán)境。中心秤量室的操作區(qū)域維持在負(fù)壓狀態(tài)，排出10%的循環(huán)空氣。

應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合
秤量罩應(yīng)用于原料的稱重和計(jì)量，抗生素取樣，激素類藥品的處理，不論藥品是粉末還是液體。

     Conditions of use
The applications are dosing and weighing of raw material, sampling antibioticos handling, hormones, cytostatics, etc either powders or liquids.

  工作原理
通過(guò)下沉降式低負(fù)壓氣流均流于操作區(qū)域，產(chǎn)生一個(gè)潔凈無(wú)菌的局部環(huán)境。從而，避免不同藥品之間的交叉污染。

     Working principle
The weighing booth allow to obtain delimited environment area of clean and sterile air class ISO 5 （NF, EN, ISO 14644-1）, through a unidirectional and descendant air filtered flow with lower pressure in the operation area. The possibility of cross contamination with other products is avoided.
