主要用途      

本機(jī)是一種單壓式自動旋轉(zhuǎn)，連續(xù)壓片的機(jī)器，將顆料狀原料壓制成各種片劑。它主要用于制藥片劑生產(chǎn)，同時適用于化工、食品、電子等工業(yè)部門。外圍罩殼為全封閉形式，材料采用不銹鋼，內(nèi)部臺面用不銹鋼材料，轉(zhuǎn)臺表面經(jīng)特殊處理，能保持表面光澤與防止交叉污染，符合MGP要求。裝有透明玻璃的門窗，能清楚觀察壓片的狀態(tài)，并且能全部打開，易于內(nèi)部清洗和保養(yǎng)。所有控制器和操作件均布局合理。采用變頻調(diào)速裝置進(jìn)行電氣調(diào)速，操作方便，轉(zhuǎn)動平穩(wěn)，安全準(zhǔn)確。所有的傳動裝置均布置在機(jī)器內(nèi)部，保持機(jī)件清潔。配有過載保護(hù)裝置，當(dāng)壓力過載時，能自動停機(jī)。本機(jī)所有電磁制動電動機(jī)和其它安全保護(hù)裝置，運(yùn)行時也能調(diào)整與操作。
