1、節(jié)能效益，按WZF-1000型計(jì)算，年節(jié)約蒸汽1500噸左右，節(jié)約水7萬(wàn)噸左右，節(jié)約電6萬(wàn)度左右，折人民幣7－10萬(wàn)元。（與單效對(duì)比）。

2、本濃縮器采用負(fù)壓外加熱自然型循環(huán)式的蒸發(fā)方式，蒸發(fā)速度快，濃縮器相比重大，可達(dá)1.2－1.35（一般中藥浸膏）。

3、本濃縮器采用二效同時(shí)蒸發(fā)，二次蒸汽得到使用，耗能總量與單效濃縮器相比降低50%，一年的節(jié)能費(fèi)可收回本濃縮的全部投資。

4、多功能操作特點(diǎn)：

⑴可回收酒精濃度80%左右；

⑵單效、二效可以反復(fù)并鍋收膏；

⑶可以間歇、連續(xù)進(jìn)料。

5、本濃縮器與物料接觸部位均采用不銹鋼制作，符合GMP要求標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。外形美觀(guān)。加熱器、蒸發(fā)器均設(shè)有保溫層，保溫層外用不銹鋼薄板制作外殼，表面做鏡面或亞光處理。

主要用途

本濃縮器適用于中藥、西藥、淀粉糖、食乳品等液料的濃縮，尤其適用于熱敏性物料的低溫真空濃縮。

3、  The concentrator adopts double –effect simultaneous vaporization that leaves the secondary steam utilized. Compared with the single effect concentrator,the energy consumption lowers about fifty percent.The profit from the energy  saving of one year is equal to investment in the machine.

4、  Operation characteristics of multi-function:

（1）   The concentration of alcohol recyclable is about 80%

5、  The contact part of the concentrator and the material is appearance,insulation layer in the heater and vaporizer,the enclosure of the imsulation layer is made of stainless steel,the surface undergoes mirrior polish or sub optical treatment.
