本機是通過設(shè)置旋轉(zhuǎn)離心盤、鼓風(fēng)機、氣動噴槍，將濕顆粒制成球丸。將前道工序做成的混顆粒投入旋轉(zhuǎn)離心盤內(nèi)，啟動鼓風(fēng)根后再將旋轉(zhuǎn)離心盤啟動，使?jié)耦w粒受到環(huán)空氣浮力、旋轉(zhuǎn)離心力、自身重力作用，呈環(huán)周繩股狀運動，從而形成真球度的球丸。

QZ Ball Granulator is equipped with a rotary centrifugation disc, a fan, a pneumatic injection gun to make wet grains into balls. Wet grains produced in the last process are put in the rotary centrifugal disc, and then the rotary centrifugation disc is started by the fan to allow the wet grains to move circularly in strands under the air buoyancy, rotary centrifugation torce ａnd self-gravity, so as to produce balls with high sphericity。
