TG系列滾筒干燥機的工作原理是讓液體或泥漿狀物料在水蒸汽或其它熱載體加熱的滾筒表面形成薄膜，并在滾筒轉(zhuǎn)一圈的過程中便被干燥完畢，利用刮刀把產(chǎn)品刮下來，露出滾筒表面再次與原料接觸形成薄膜進行干燥。

The working principle of TG series drum dryers is to make liquid or slurry materials form a film on the surface of the drum heated by steam or other heat carriers, and the film is dried in the course of one revolution of the drum. The product is scraped off by a scraper, and the exposed surface of the drum is contacted with the raw materials again to form a film for drying.

以蒸汽或?qū)嵊蜑闊嵩?，受熱面積大，熱效率高，加熱均勻。

干燥速率大，筒壁上濕料膜的傳熱與傳質(zhì)過程由里向外方向一致，溫度梯度大，使料膜表現(xiàn)保持較高的蒸發(fā)強度。

干燥時間短，一般為7-30秒左右，適合熱敏性物料。

操作方便，維修便利。

Steam or heat transfer oil is used as heat source, with large heating area, high thermal efficiency and even heating.

The drying rate is high, the heat and mass transfer processes of the wet material film on the cylinder wall are consistent from the inside to the outside, and the temperature gradient is large,so that the material film shows a higher evaporation intensity.
